I chose to do my project over Greek Titans. I chose this topic because while doing the mythology project I had wanted to go into more depth on the subject. Titans are the "elder-gods" that ruled before the Olympian gods. Many of these beings were associated with the planets. Cronos was the ruler of the titans and lead them in a war against Zeus. After the titans defeat they were sent to Tartarus as punishment. Tartarus is the Greek equivelant to hell. There aer twenty greek titans in all. These include Gaea, Uranus, Cronus, Rhea, Oceanus, Tethys, Hyperion, Mnemosyne, Themis, Iapetus, Coeus, Crius, Phoebe, Thea, Prometheus, Epimetheus, Atlas, Metis, and Dione. Many of these titans are also gods in many other religions.
